If you gamble... OU/TX dilemma?

Can there be a win-win? And is it a "puss move" to do a psychological "hedge"?

For example, if I were in Vegas, I would use UT +250... no line, just win... money line. I would bet $200.

Texas wins - I'm pissed, but I make $500 to ease the pain
OU wins - I lose $200 and keep this train rolling
