We should make a Sooner Scoop All-Sooners team.

God, that would be the most difficult task I can imagine. I suppose it would be a bit easier if it was based on today's offensive and defensive schemes. In other words, a truly great wishbone player may not be suited to play at the same level as what Bob Stoops is running today. Same goes for the defensive players of yesteryear being as talented to defend today's wide-open, fast paced offenses. Don't get me wrong, most could, but not all. Anyway to help make the decision easier it may be better because some of us (like me) would be tempted to put down one of our favorites even if he may not be the best pick to play in today's college football schemes. Thinking about it as I have typed this post, picking an All-Sooner team may be just too much for me to bear. I've been very fortunate to have watched so many great college football players over my life to have that as a problem.

Can you imagine how easy it would be if you were a Cowboy, Cyclone or Jayhawk fan? So few choice may make it a little difficult.

Yankees, I'm not certain Casillas would agree to play with Boz again. Tony has shown his ass a few too many times regarding his opinion about Bosworth. But when they were together, they were both great. I just wish Tony would let it go. Brian has apologized already.

This team??

Lee Roy Selman and Roy Williams.

No disrespect to other greats. But this defense needs the help more than the offense does. And our D isn't terrible. Love Joe Washington and Bradford and Keith Jackson etc... but we have stars in the making on O

Colvin, just because he has seen the hurry ups that are now in the Big 12.

Trent Williams OT. I think he's the highest paid tackle in the NFL and has earned it.

Trent Williams and Jamal Brown. The offensive line is our Achilles heel, as I feared it would be before the season. In this day and age, we're going to give up some points, especially in this league. There will be games where we'll have to hold serve and we'll have trouble doing that without significant improvement in our line play.

As long as Briles' teams are terrorizing the Big 12, D has to be the priority. Lee Roy Selmon and the Boz (or Strait or R. Williams).

Hey, SBorn, Lbred, forgive me for putting you on the spot, but assuming that's you in your avatar, clearly you are huge.

Just wondering if you played for OU, then the Detroit Lions perhaps?
You certainly don't have to say who you are of course.

Just curious about that. Thanks.
