I would like to go to an OU game but I need help.

I have never been to a game in my life to watch our beloved Sooners.
What would be good seats for me and my wife? What are some of the little things that you have learned from going to games in the past? Like bring headphones, seat cushions, etc. also where is a good place to stay in Norman or OKC?
