Sister Jean, the 98 year old nun from Loyola Chicago.

An upset in the Big Dance finals would be magnificent.

When I was going to college at OU I also worked 40 hours a week. . My job was at St. Anthony Hospital in OKC. I worked in the recovery room and intensive care and isolation (for patients with communicable diseases) and back then the Nuns ran each department at this Catholic hospital.

My boss was Sister Mary Elizabeth who was a strict disciplinarian. She was difficult but I loved her also

My job was to take patients vital signs (their blood pressure their pulse and their respiration) after they arrived from surgery.

No job I every have had in my lifetime had more of an emotional affect on me than this one.

I for the first time ever in my life saw patients die like people in car accidents brought to intensive care.

St. Anthony Hospital also had a nursing school and I learned from this job that no girls party as hard as those Catholic nurses. I thiink back to those many happy times.

I don’t have a dog in this fight but Michigan has a 100 year old former Michigan ladies basketball player that’s challengeing Sister Jean. I have to root for the older lady fan in this case. Regardless, pretty cool that these two ladies have come out for their teams so publicly. Nice!

I was born at St. Anthony's. Looks like the Jesuits spot the bit. It's all on the Augustinians now who dispatched the chicken hawks with ease. I was taught by 'Nova Augustinians all through high school. Great teachers
