is going to have a field day against this shit storm we call a defense. I know OU will be able to score, but frankly, I just don’t see us stopping the WV offense. We have zero pass rush and Grier is simply too good when he has time to throw. I see Holgerson stretching the field to keep us off balance and then eating us up on the screens and out patterns. If I’m WV, I chip away the clock and keep our offense on the sideline.
I’m not sure how we game plan this from a defensive stand point, but to win this game we will need at least 2 defensive stops in each half or win the turnover battle. I’m not confident either way based on the defensive performances I have witnessed the past three games. This team is much better than the ones we have played this year. Right now, we are going to need more than a decent defensive game plan, we are going to need a little Sooner Magic in order to come away with a W. Flame away.
