His Friday deadline passed and yesterday Georgia offered him. I think the tea leaves say he will go elsewhere.
The good news is about Javon Wims, the Juco WR that that was committed to Georgia and OU just offered. I don't think Georgia offers Velus if they think Wims is still coming to Georgia. Maybe he will commit to OU. aAs of now we are listed in his top two but more teams are offering by the day.
