Let me preface that Lincoln is a great coach, coordinator, and man.
However, at the end of the day, he has failed to make the tough decisions and fire a combination of Stoops, Kish, or Cooks. This horrible defense is their fault but Riley has enabled them. Now, the talent of Baker, Kyler, Andrews, Anderson, and Brown will have been completely lost on the offensive side. Those are National Championship caliber players.
And just wait till next year where we have to start a new QB, multiple lineman, and a new primary receiver. Offensively, we'll be much worse, and if Lincoln waits till the end of the season to find a new DC, we'll have to spend some of the season letting him get his footing. We won't be contenders next season.
