I’m confused is t the object of the game to score more points than the other team?

I just got into it big time on Twitter with a bunch of people that think Oklahoma can’t play with the top teams, because of there defense which I think is bull shit! OU can beat anyone with there offense, even Bama it doesn’t make a shit that the final score would be 64-58! It doesn’t matter at the end of the day. I absolutely think Bama and Clemson are the two best teams but that doesn’t mean OU couldn’t put score both teams in a shootout and if it is a shootout OU would most likely be favored against both
