If UGA beats Bama, and both OU and tOSU win next week, will the CFP honor what they have stated from the beginning? Which has been a conference champion weighs more than a non champion when they have the same record?
That said, if OU and tOSU win next Saturday, they would both finish at 12-1 and be their respective conference champion.
That would equal Alabama's record of 12-1, yet Bama would not be a power five champion.
So again, will the CFP committee honor their rules and their past statements?
IMO, if Bama loses to UGA Bama should be left out as long as either of OU or tOSU wins next week.
What say you?
