I can' t remember the opponent last season but wasn't it Lamb who laid out a player on the same type of block but got flagged for targeting? He shouldn't have gotten a flag because it was as clean of a hit (Block) as they come just like this one was. Glad the ref had the sense to keep the flag in his pocket on this one.
