but OU picked 8th in the conference? I watched the SEC media days yesterday and there is absolutely no one associated with the SEC (media or otherwise) that thinks OU is going to be any good this year. Being the insiders, is there a decent chance that everyone is wrong? We have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. Personally, I think it comes down to O-Line play. How many wins would it take this year for these folks to open their eyes and say, OK we were wrong, Oklahoma is ready? I've said all along that 8-4 is likely our first year record. Anything above 8 wins is a great year in my opinion but man OU is getting no love at all. The Tennessee game is MASSIVE in terms of getting respect in the SEC. Lose that game and we will be an after thought in the conference this year and we may not get to 8 wins. (Dirty Mike in Okarche on The Ref)
