Herman counting his chickens early

He made mention that they cannot let the Sooners beat them twice. Who says they make it to the Big 12 Championship? They have the potential for more losses. They are not in fact “back”.

Well the fact is they already have.
Last season's B12 Champ game and then yesterday.
Reality is that it's hard to be 'back' when they never even left the losing.

ISU KSU Baylor, I'm not sure if they lose to Baylor because Baylor would be ranked and TH usually does well against teams that are ranked. It's the teams like KSU and ISU I think could get them,

would love for KU and Les Miles to upset them, go for fourth, trick plays etc etc to upset TH at home

KSU-ISU-Baylor gauntlet could be a real challenge.

Yep, especially with the way their injuries continue to mount up (they lost, what, another 3 kids yesterday, at least for a while?). And hats off to Ehlinger - tough kid to keep battling back despite being planted that often (the worst hit wasn't even a sack - when Redmond pile-drove his chest into his own endzone turf on a clean hit). But it begs the question as to whether Ehlinger can survive the year - why wouldn't the rest of the conference start blitzing the hell out of him? And to think Herman thought his OL was his team's strong suit...

That is a common saying after losing an important game. Only means that you have to get over it or you'll end up getting beat the next game, too.
