I'd have to go with Joey Bosa, myself. Seems to me that these badass DEs just get plugged right in and told to kill the QB, no study required.
Most of the WR talent needs a year or two to develop. Even the elite guys don't just jump right in and become large contributors.

Shepard is just built and wired for success. He'll be a solid contributor to whatever team he lands on and whatever community he lives in. And no doubt he'll continue to represent and contribute to OU long into the future. Hands down one of my favorite Sooners ever.
