1. A blind man could see that Tre Brown is a catalyst on defense. Kid plays the game going forward. His blend of size, speed and aggressiveness is a very pleasant surprise.

2. Kyler freakin Murray is unreal. Gotta keep him healthy. If we can. We can go some places this season.

3. Perkins is going to be special. Kid plays going forward and understands anticipation which is needed to get into gaps and make plays. He also breaks down and makes tackles.

4. Our backers still miss too much in space. There was a play in the 1st quarter where the baylor QB hits the rb on an under route and we have 3 defenders rallying to the ball. Its Murray and two additional OU defenders. Hes inside out but turns his shoulders and the rb cuts back on him totally nullifying his help both head up and outside. That's piss poor (kids still a baller and will get better) tech/coaching as we have them right where we want them.

5. I love our wr's...I think even moreso than the 04 bunch (GOAT). We'll see how we match up against the big dogs of the conference and into the post season, but Hollywood and Lamb are both bigtime talents. Morris and Calc round out a passing game with no weaknesses.

6. Oline...they have to improve in the run game. Ppl are selling out to stop our running and daring Kyler to beat them. Hes delivering with spades but we need to be able to get more even in a loaded/8 man box. Our inside guys are getting pushed back or cross faced right now and its killing us.

7. Mike Stoops....got his guys ready to play. Salute to him for making that happen.

Second half expectations:

150+ yards rushing
3 TDS
2 turn overs
>17 pts given up
