clemson is REALLY running their mouths about last year's bowl game while running down OU.

I gave the 3 (before it went to 3 1/2) and bet on OU ... the ideal game for me would be for OU to go up 35-3 early in the 4th Q, pull all your starters to rest 'em for the Championship Game and let 'em claw back against 2nd, 3rd and 4th string players to lose by 35-31. BREAK THEIR HEARTS!!!

Either that - or for OU to beat 'em like WVA did in another Orange Bowl - 70-33 ... I'd be OK with that, too.

As for 'betting' - the weekly Leonard's Loser spoof was just that - not a 'betting line'. For that I bet AGAINST clemson EVERY WEEK to 'cover' and won $900 for the year.
I laid the 3 (BEFORE it climbed to 3 1/2) and bet OU for Thursday night. The tiger fans above haven't bet squat and would be pooping through a screen door if they had $20 bucks wagered, which is about 20% of their 'net' weekly take-home (those that actually work).
The aforementioned clemson fans would have been right at home in Tulsa in May and June of 1921. Their 'upstate' granddaddy's wore 'red shirts', lynched dozens of SC citizens they couldn't compete with economically and have for the whole of their unsuccessful lives blamed their own deficiencies on the 'unfairness' of it all.
