Will be this off season when we see how many free agents want to go play there. Money will always talk but every year there are a few good veterans that are willing to take a pay cut to play for a winner. I'm betting the browns will be one such destination. The Browns seem to have a well run organization with a framework to win for a few years and with players like Landry, Chubb, Garrett, Baker and Hunt they are primed for a run. If Baker is the guy he can have a huge impact recruiting a few guys that could make the difference. If he isn't, I think you will see it as players shy away from the browns. Either way I think we see what some of his NFL peers think of him.
