To start pulling recruits the big boys want in Dallas. Talked with Chad Morris today as the SMU camp - he knows Texas as well as Briles and is as well known in HS coaching circles.

If you don't like losing kids to Baylor and TCU you are going to HATE losing them to SMU. Bunch of young, hungry guys on his staff as well.

Not saying they will be a top 10 team anytime soon, but they will make an impact on the recruiting trail.
