i'm sleeping in this year. no manning the smoker at an obscene hour this year. got some bbq wifes making some stuff. instead of the bacon wrapped jalapenos i usually do i saw a guy put sausage around them. kinda damaged two of them coring out the seeds and crap so i did a test to see if we do the rest with sausage or no. turned out very nice.
