I was at the game tonight and even though I got down a couple of times I screamed my lungs out for the defense.
That was an epic game. The crowd was insane in the 4th quarter. Would I have rather won 63-14? Of course, but we know this defense isn’t any good and to expect them to change mid season after years of coaching from mike is just unreasonable. Mike is gone. The big bad man is gone. We got what we wanted but that won’t make a difference until next year.
If we go 12-2 with a Big 12 Title and CFP appearance that would be AMAZING.
A win is a win this year boys. Next year when we get our new dc and get our crop of 5 star players we have coming in we will be building towards something special. Until then just be happy with a win. If we win 61-60 in Morgantown I will go NUTS.
