Now before anyone gets too crazy the best word for what Scoop got was 'cautious optimism'. It doesn't sound like Oklahoma is real sure about where they stand with Price but he has repeatedly referred to Oklahoma as 'O-Line U' so perhaps some of the key sales have already been made.
