Guys, currently out with @Tiffany_M for her birthday (happy birthday wishes get likes) but wanted to pass on some news that you all are going to like.
***Scoop told you all last week that Oklahoma had definitely been put in place for unofficial visit for Kansas City Rockhurst four-star offensive tackle Danielson Ike.
Well following Bill Bedenbaugh traveling to see him yesterday it sounds like Oklahoma has now become his clear leader.
"Right now, just from talking to his guardian the other day, he's kind of wanting him to go to Oklahoma," Rockhurst head coach Tony Severino shared with our Nebraska site. "I can't get [Ike] to make a decision and commit, and I keep telling him these offers aren't on the table forever. I think there will be something coming fairly shortly, but there's nothing official right now.
"I gave him a scenario the other day asking him, 'If you where to commit right now, where would you go?' And he said, 'Oklahoma.' But it's not definite yet."
If Oklahoma can land he and Finley Felix, they might just be completely done on the offensive side of the ball for 2019. Though running back will remain something to watch.
***I took a bit of a flyer with Broken Arrow, Okla. linebacker Zach Marcheselli to see if the Sooners had been in any contact with the TCU commitment.
"No they haven't said anything," Marcheselli said.
"Were they supposed to?"
That last question, and a few other comments have it seem like maybe the Sooners could get back involved if they wanted to.
Just something to keep an eye on.
