according to Tom Fornelli at CBSSports:
1...TCU (replacing 5 offensive starters, but with what should be a good defense)
2...Virginia Tech
3...West Virginia (tough schedule and inexperience in the offensive line)
4...Texas (has finished in the top 25 only once in the past 8 years, and its lone top 25 finish was in 2012 at #19)
5...Michigan State
To me, this is just someone's opinion that can't hold much credence until the season plays out, at least through the first 5-6 games.
But it has three Big 12 teams.
Texas seems to be the Big 12's "Hillary Clinton"....lot's of support but without any rhyme or reason.
