Eddy Pierre-Louis ranking differences?

Rivals has EPL as the 26th ranked player in the nation while 247 just ranked him as the 66th in FLORIDA! Is there really that big of a discrepancy in opinion on him? Seems like a bigger gap than I've seen in a while.
