Don't Ever by Tickets thru TickPick

I ordered tickets to the Iowa State game probably six weeks ago. The response I got is that my tickets would be to me by today, Thursday, Nov. 7. That's good - Or so I thought.

Yesterday, I get an email that says delivery is by 4:30 p.m. tomorrow. A little concerning. Around 5:00 today, I am calling the TickPick phone number because FedEx says they don't have the tickets yet. No one, let me repeat, no one answered the phone in 5 calls that I made. The phone recording says if yours is an urgent matter (an event in the next 24 - 48 hours), send an urgent email and someone will have a response for you within one hour. Still waiting on that response, and it is now 2 hours, 20 minutes.

However, I did get an update from FedEx. My tickets for Saturday's game will now be delivered on Monday by 4:30. So I called FedEx. What can I do to get the tickets delivered tomorrow? Answer, nothing because expedited service has to be requested by the shipper. Cue up the phone calls to TickPick, again. Same result as before - no answer.

DO NOT EVER BY TICKETS FROM THIS GROUP. THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT REFUND MY PURCHASE EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT. AND I WOULD WELCOME A PHONE CALL OR RESPONSE FROM THEIR PRESIDENT!
