I think Baker is as good as Watson. But Watson didn't have a loss against Texas, when we only scored 17. I don't think most or even much of it was his fault. It felt to me like he was one of the few that showed up to play that day, but he didn't get a lot of help, for whatever reason. But still, it's a bit of a tiebreaker.

I also think that Baker didn't get as much help from his home state voters for a variety of reason. And the difference in their vote totals wasn't substantial. Besides, I don't think it hurts us at all today, and while it's nice to have a Heisman winner, today and Jan 11 if we get there is ALL that matters.
