I edited this because after reading it I don't think I set the proper tone. My point was that a head coach shouldn't let personal relationship have an effect on tough decisions. Riley strikes me as being a man of integrity and maybe loyal to a fault. Maybe too loyal to make a decision to fire a friend and the brother of a friend. It was the hand he was dealt though. Can he make that call if it's for the better of the program. It would be tough for anyone to do but that's why he makes the big bucks.
