Does McIntosh Really run a 4.9 40?

Supposedly, he's been timed in that range (4.88, 4.87) at a few different camps.

If that's accurate, why is he a take for OU? That might be the slowest 40 time ever for a Sooner RB. Why not just pass and use the scholarship on another position?
