It's time to re-up with DirecTV and all my promotional prices have run out. I'm looking at $150 a month bill.
A member on the board gave me advice a year ago on what to do when this time came but I can't remember what directions he gave to get a deal similar to the new subscriber prices.
What department do i ask for? Do i threaten to leave or just ask for a better deal?
