I would find it weird if Joe "C" wasn't included in some manner with the decision. With that said, the new President, that I like, is a hands on type of guy. This is just a guess, but I bet we do learn that Joe wasn't left out of the loop. Still, it is possible that Joe was elsewhere and couldn't be reached and the President took the bull by the horns.
I think including Mike and Bob in the meeting was a good move. Was talking with a couple of friends this morning and we all agreed that Bob's biggest mistake was to saddle Lincoln Riley with his brother Mike. It really put Riley between a rock and a hard spot. Same with Joe. Joe has 19 years of working with Bob. Just think about the issue of firing Mike for Joe.
President Gallogly taking action on Mike put the responsibility on him and away from Lincoln and Joe. Likely a very good move by President Gallogly.
