Is it rocket science and absolute rigidity that Diaco can’t coach a 4-3 defense? Many guys on this board keep saying he is a 3-4 but my God defense is defense. You have 11 guys and can only do so much with them. Good coaches evaluate talent see what guys do well and adapt to them not vise versa. Surely to God he can do that I mean he has been a professional defensive coach for years.
