I won't know with my own eyes until I get home and watch the game on DVR. But looking at the print, it looks like the defense played about as good as they have in a long time.
They only gave up 275 yards on 55 total plays. Allowed just 4 of 14 third down conversions.
Not sure what happened to allow 27 points, besides special teams not being special, it looks like the defense did a whale of a job today.
Anyway, just by looking at the paper, the defense played well.
