As I would have done against Georgia in the Rose Bowl, here is how I'd neutralize the K State run game........the old 52.
Give me Q on the nose (spelled often by Famu and/or Gallimore)
At DT's give me Famu, Gallimore, Bledsoe, Lott and a depth option of whichever TFR or RFR is most ready to give us a half dozen snaps (James, Kelly, Tatum, McKinney-RS still avaiable for the TFR)
At DE's give me Mann and Perkins all day long. Some subbing via Thomas and Redmond.
I really like Thomas as a 52/43 DE and we better get him on the field some before he bolts.
At ILB's give me Murray and Bolton I guess. But i sure would look at White and Draper here also.
Secondary of Brown, Motley, Bookie, Norwood at CB
And at Safety, I'm clueless. They all take turns ranging from ok play to dog shit play. Sylvie would have been far and away our best safety this year. I guess for K State give me the two best at filling the alley.
