All from the NFC South by some strange coincidence:
1. Most of you probably saw earlier this week that the Falcons signed LB Corey Nelson after the Eagles cut him during the preseason. He will be #55.
2. The Bucs released LB Devante Bond with an injury settlement.
3. Not a surprise, but the Panthers placed OT Daryl Williams on IR yesterday. Tough, tough break for him, especially during a contract year. Hopefully, he can rehab this season, sign a short-term deal with the Panthers or some other team next year to prove he is healthy and then sign the huge contract that he deserves after that.
