But...I have to say congrats on your Big XII Title and winning the Dr Pepper Bob Stoops Big 12 Trophy. Also congrats for winning the 2019 playoff and championship over LSU....

You guys might need to buy some empty lots in Norman to house all of those Big 12 trophies.

I guess the Horns will be 4th place until Jerrah hires Coach Riley to replace Coach PrettyBoi.

Kewl, I hate to bear bad news, but Riley isn't stupid enough to work for Jerrah Jones. If he takes an NFL job in 15 years, it won't be in Dallas with Jerrah still in charge.

On OB years ago Royalewithcheese used to dog A&M, he'd say nobody does less with more than A&M. Well, we are the new A&M....no one does less with more....but we are #1 in something....revenue!!!

I think our only hope of winning in October next year is getting Coach Riley hired by the Jets or Cowboys or Bengals....

Why would he go to the NFL? He understands that if you're really good in college, that you only get better Recruiting improves your lot in life. Being good just makes your future better.

The opposite is the case in the NFL. If you're really good, you get penalized. Your best players are hard to keep because of the salary cap.

In Norman, you decide who you want to recruit. In the NFL you usually have somebody else making personnel decisions. Sometimes, especially in the case of Dallas, which is where LR is most frequently rumored to be headed, you have an incompetent, meddling owner determining whom you will coach. He drove off his best coach since Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcells, because he kept bringing in players who Bill did not want on the roster.

Ahy college coach would be a fool to go take Jerrah's money to coach in Dallas. LR is no fool. And he also wants his girls raised in a place conducive to a great family life. In the NFL, you move around a lot. If he desires, he'll be in Norman for a long time.
