That was a great softball game and Parker went and found something when it looked like she had little left.

Each team had two croooked number innings, triggered by a hit batter. The scoring difference was two solo homers by OU's little sisters, Romero and Pendley. Last night, the difference against Bama was a homer by the other little sister, Knighten.

But I thought a huge play in the game was the base running mistake that led to the sixth inning double play on a nice catch in right on the line by Erin Miller.

The Sooners play the LSU at 8:30 Sunday night. LSU beat Georgia in the second game Sunday.

A nice double-play in the bottom of the 7th with two on, Paige Parker was phenomenal.

This team is great to me in that they are made up mostly of underclassmen and are playing very tough ball. Patti has really coached them up !
