Levi Draper is a very well-rounded middle linebacker that can do everything you ask from the position. He has the strength to blow up blockers at the point of attack and drag down runners with just one hand. He has the athletic ability to run down halfbacks from sideline-to-sideline and also play a little wide receiver himself:

Here, watch as he quickly wins the battle with 71, sheds him with ease, locates the running back, and has the speed to chase him down on the edge.

Draper is just a solid, solid linebacker in every facet of the game. His instincts allow him to quickly diagnose plays and take great angles using his lateral quickness. Consistently tackles behind his pads, wraps up, and drives through ball-carriers.

I’d like to see some more film of him in coverage, but his instincts and athleticism lead me to believe it’s something he can do. His size at 6-2, 215 shouldn’t be taken for granted either, as one of Oklahoma’s starting middle linebackers, Dominique Alexander, stands at 6-0, 220 as a college junior. There’s a lot to like with Draper and I think he can fit in with almost any system with his versatility and skill-set.

I think we have him ranked appropriately - if not a little low. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he ended up being a top 100 guy.
