So, after watching him go 3 for 93 in his games as a Starter last year, I did not believe Cody Thomas could play. Coaching matters. He was the guy with the best arm, most comfort in the pocket and most upside during the spring game. I believe he will start ahead of Mayfield. I love him in this offense, love Riley as a teacher. I will always take my hat off for Josh Heupel, he was a great Sooner. Not a great coach however. Riley has the swagger of a future head coach. I believe we will be excellent on offense, and that Thomas will flourish under Riley's tutelage.
