We lost because of bad luck- when have you ever seen that many tipped passes intercepted. Having said that we still have a chance to win, but several dubious coaching decisions took that away. First we didn't use our last time out in the first half to stop the clock when we could have, and let 20-25 seconds run off, which we can never get back. If we had taken that time out, we would have had more time to get in better position for a field goal
Second- in what universe, knowing our defense, do you not go for it on 4th and four? And tack on to that terrible play call on third and 4. We don't go for it, we punt it into the end zone and after one play they are right back where they would have been had we gone for it and not made it.
Third- when you are going for it on 4th and one, and your best rb is on the sideline?
and lastly, and I acknowledge this is a stretch- did we even consider onside kick after our last score? You had to at least think we were unlikely to get the ball back, they had been killing us in the run game.
