With Viney coming in an off field recruiting role and leaving as a DB coach. He falls into the rule of prior relationship such that stopped the hiring off HS coaches into off field roles to get kids right? Which is why it’s taking so long to announce him. Even being at Nevada I’m sure he’s recruited some 2020 Cali kids which will affect OUs recruitment of them if I am correct.
