Can anyone help me- someone with Rivals maybe

I've been a member for over 10 years here. For the last 2 weeks, I can only view or interact with the site from my phone. When I go to a computer....my log in info now has me under another name I've never seen and that name evidently is not a OU site subscriber. I'm not a computer guy but its really strange. I'd like to figure out what the deal is? Anyone got any thoughts? Thanks
