All we heard about during the off season was how great Burks is. We have sucked offensively at every position so far, however Burks even when he played, was quite frankly pedestrian IMO. I would take Stoops over him 100% of the time, hell I would take Gavin “6 yard loss Jet Sweep” Freeman over him at this point. Hype-wise, he reminds me of when OU rolled out Trey Metoyer as a Frosh WR in 2012. Dude did basically nothing, then got hurt, then of course had all the legal stuff. Burks is not the idiot Metoyer was off the field, however I think he is a bust. Time to develop other dudes. Am sure he will be back for the Maine game…….Like the rest of our dudes in the WR room. BTW Set Littrell is ****ing garbage. Really creative hire by BV.
