The Longhorns only had to throw 12 passes to beat the Sooners, and they rendered the Oklahoma running game meaningless. Samaje Perine and Joe Mixon, a pair of serious specimens, combined for 60 yards on 16 carries – a continuation of OU’s inability to run the ball with authority this season.
