Saw a tweet that Tank Johnson will be a Sooner. We have some great OL talent in the 2019 class. Pretty excited for this offense in the post Kyler era.

his name is marcus alexander. the 3-star offensive lineman from texas committed in early june
I know who it is. He's the only person I've found that uses "Tank" as a nickname.
Thus, my question: Who is Tank Johnson? A teammate of Sidd Finch?
Why would it mean that? If it's Marcus Alexander that the OP was referring to, it is not news. He's been committed for a long time. And if you look at his tweet, he's not saying he's committing to OU (did that in June); he's announcing the time/date/location of his signing ceremony.
So the question still remains. Who is Tank Johnson?

His most recent FREE updates seem to indicate this is between Georgia and Miami, with OU in a noticeable 3rd. Supposedly will sign financial aid paperwork with as many as three schools tomorrow, but will not sign LOI until weeks later.
Of course maybe there is some paid content out there which indicates otherwise.
Sounds like kind of a character ...not in a good way. Weese & Bridges are fine...a good compliment of styles.
13 crystal balls predictions in the last 2 days all to OU. I know they aren’t always right but that’s a pretty good sign. And just for the record I’m not a paid subscriber on 24/7 but I can do simple math to tell who the predictions are

This class has huge potential and upside. A definite edge to them and great depth addition. Several will be high impact guys for 2019. This to fill shoes of those leaving the program. Very excited for this group.
They must know something about a new DC that we dont. Getting that many quality Defensive players without a DC, either that or Riley is one helluva a recruiter.
I think Riley is one heck of a recruiter. Since he's been at OU our recruiting classes have been really good.
