I have heard enough crap about Alabama and Clemson. I think OU has the best QB, Best OL, best RB's and best WR's in the country. Overall, Best Offense hands down. I think the OU defense has improved substantially and their secondary took a big step forward. Even Bob and his coaching staff have impressed me. The OU players are the best. I sent a congrats to the Lt Col. I met in Georgia because we both believed in OU FB this year. Sometimes you just meet someone you wish the best.

Take Care OU fans and know that this Kansas boy is looking forward to you taking it all. Its good for OU, Good for the B12 and its good for Kansas State. OU has the gravitas to carry the day. I am excited for you all.

Well, we called an emergency meeting about your comments...took a vote, and we wholeheartedly agree with your assessment...in spades!

The whole SEC is more than a little overrated this year. Even, the vaunted West. The East is just dreadful. Arkansas is one of the top four teams in their 14 team conference. Tech handled them pretty easy in Fayetteville. Ole Miss is the second best team in their hoity toity conference. They lost to Memphis. Now the Tigers are pretty good. But they lost to the best three teams in their mediocre conference. The best four teams on their schedule ... Ole Miss was the only one they beat. The Tigers were the fourth best team in the American Conference and they beat the second best team in the SEC. So how is the SEC that good?

Well they have history. But their conference has mediocrity at quarterback. Tech's quarterback is maybe the fourth or fifth best quarterback in the XII. He easily bested Allen at Arkansas when they faced each other. In a 14 team conference Allen is the third best qb in the SEC.

Vandy lost to Western Kentucky. Lost to UHouston by five touchdowns and were shut out. They beat Middle Tennessee 17-13. Vandy was fourth place in the SEC East.

South Carolina lost to The Citadel.

The Big XII had a season with some of that stuff last year. But they got ridiculed for it. The national scribes talk about Alabama like they are reverently to be worshiped.

Alabama beat an overrated Wisconsin Badger team in the opener. But their other NC games were Middle Tennessee State, Louisiana Monroe and Charleston Southern.

Alabama is a good team. But they are not the best team in America.

Very much appreciated. I agree, we have the best team. We have to keep John Frickin' Wayne healthy, and hopefully the team will use the next month getting healthy and staying focused.

If they do, we should be ready to finish it off. That month is going to be LONG though!
