I wanted to provide a little breakdown of some blind resume comparisons.
Below I selected 5 teams with similar records to compare side by side. This comparison is using KenPom Rankings unless otherwise stated. I will highlight the highs and lows of each row for a quick snapshot look. I will also note that the NET ranking is being used more and more to determine Tournament seeding nowadays, which may or may not benefit the Sooners as they have a loss vs. #39 NET Sam Houston St as well as #6, #8, #10
Keep in mind, OU finished with a NET at 39 last year, missing the tournament, and Rutgers got in with a NET of 80.
