Jon Heacock. Yeah he's older than you'd like but what he's done in the big 12 with a roster completely void of 4 stars is undeniable. There's no adjustment to the Big 12. He's scouted all these teams already. He's ready to go and the only guy I think we can count on to get results immediately. Oh by the way he coaches safeties and no doubt he has a list of guys he wants and can't get to ISU.
