I believe in recruiting and some time to fix a defenseless defense for the last 12 yrs. Venables defense isn’t for the average players. We bitched about it his last couple yrs at OU before being moved to Clemson. How did his defense become elite at Clemson you ask? It took him several yrs before he got his guys and they dominated.
