Anyone recall in the 00s when Boren said we couldn't "Booo" the opponent?

I seem to remember this being a thing while I was a student at OU. There was an article in the school paper where Boren made a statement instructing the student section and fans not to boo opponents because it's being a "bad sport"

This was probably 2003,maybe.

Anybody remember?
