I'd love to get Proctor. Glad to see Riley back to making Oklahoma players a priority.
When's the last time we took 6 Oklahoma kids in a class?

#1. Brey Walker (OL)
#3. Josh Proctor (S)
#4. Ron Tatum (DE)
#6. Jalen Redmond (DE)
#8. Jordan Kelley (DT)
#10. Patrick Fields (DB)

2017 - 5 (Tyreece Lott, Creed Humphrey, Isaiah Thomas, Tre Brown, Levi Draper)
2016 - 2 (Logan Roberson, Jon-Michael Terry)
2015 - 5 (Austin Roberts, Dahu Green, Dalton Wood, Will Sunderland, Marquise Overton)
2014 - 4 (Steven Parker, Jeff Mead, Carson Meier, Justice Hansen)
2013 - 4 (Jordan Evans, Dom Alexander, Jordan Smallwood, Stanvon Taylor)
2012 - 3 (Michael Onuoha, Sterling Shepard, Alex Ross)
2011 - 2 (Dylan Dismuke, Kendal Thompson)
2010 - 4 (Austin Haywood, Aaron Colvin, Julian Wilson, Bronson Irwin)
2009 - 5 (Gabe Lynn, Gabe Ikard, Gus Jones, Javon Harris, Ronnell Lewis)
2008 - 3 (Jameel Owens, Stacey McGee, Tress Way)
2007 - 8 (Jordan Nix, Ryan Broyles, Londell Taylor, Jontae Bumpus, David Anderson, Kody Cooke, Jimmy Stevens, Austin Box)

Answered my own question.

Not a bad list. Seems like Okies probably pan out at a better frequency than out-of-staters. Excluding 2016/2017 classes, these are the guys that I think didn't pan out... or just can't remember how they contributed.

Austin Roberts, Dalton Wood, Justice Hansen, Dylan Dismuke, Gus Jones, Jordan Nix, Jontae Bumpus, Kody Cooke
That means 30/38 contributed or 79%. That's gotta be twice as frequent as out-of-state players.
