Any Norman residents on here? Real estate question

[HillCountry Sooner]

I ask because I'm looking to purchase a home in Norman as a game day or weekend home. Can you tell me what the neighborhood is like just north of Alameda between 24th St. and Crestland Drive? I notice there are 2 apartment complexes just south of there. They are the Alameda Pointe apatrments and the Hillcrest Estates apartments. Thanks in advance.
